Conditioning

South Florida Baseball School has partnered with Athlete Growth and Fitness to provide elite conditioning for our athletes. Our conditioning services involve:

  • Sport Psychology – Mental Training Skills

  • Speed Training

  • Agility Training

  • Core Power and Development

  • Cardiovascular Conditioning

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Muscular Strength

  • Nutritional Coaching

  • Stretching and Flexibility

Every workout is designed to enhance the student-athlete’s performance. Form and technique are crucial points that will be made to ensure student-athletes develop relative body strength (control of their own body weight).

Each workout will involve an active warm-up, designed interval workouts focusing on different muscle groups, core work, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching, and mental conditioning. In addition, every conditioning workout will involve nutrition coaching and empowerment talks.
